Export TChart to a Flash file/stream (SVG)

Post by Keith » Sun Jun 17, 2007 1:45 pm

Support,

The ability to export a chart, possibly including the animations offered by the 'animation tool', to a Flash file would be very a useful addition for web developers.

Flash is supported on a huge array of devices and produces attractive, scalable, anti-aliased charts with powerful animation possibilities.

Keith

Hi Keith,

Thanks for your suggestion.

Flash exporting is an item that has been in our wish-list for some time and we are currently working on implementing this.

Regarding SVG exporting, it is already supported as you can see in the What's New?\Welcome!\New Export formats\SVG Format example at the new features demo that you'll find at TeeChart's program group.

Narcis,

My apologies, I meant SWF not SVG... I did not mean to mention SVG at all. SVG is very static, has limited support and looks quite dull compared to what can be achieved to SWF...
