Am I missing this somewhere? I see I can export to a .tee file by right clicking on a chart component at design time. But I don't see an import capability.

This is not available for now. I'll add your request to our wish-list to be considered for furutre releases.
In the meantime, to import a .tee file you can use TeeChartOffice tool included with TeeChart binary installers or import the files at run-time as explained in Tutorial 12 - Exporting and Importing Charts. The tutorials can be found at TeeChart's program group.
