Q: Can you email me TeeChart Pro ?

The version file size is too big ( 7 to 12 MB depending on the version ) to be sent by email. 
Many internet providers restrict email sizes to 1MB. We also have no resources to split emails in different sections and make sure each section is correctly transmitted. In the past we did so, and we received back with email errors most of the shipments.

We delivery an access key via email for our customers to download teeChart Pro from our web.
Optionally we can ship CDRom via regular mail incurring shipping charges only.

Q: How can I order TeeChart Pro ?

You can order it by filling the "Order Form" found at our web site .We recommend that you use our web Secure form to send your ordering details.
You can also print the faxable Order Form and fax it to us to our fax number:

All licenses are Royalty-Free ( it does not allow you to deliver TeeChart Pro source code, 
it allows you to deliver compiled code or packages ).

Yes, Educational Institutions and non-profit organizations (NO-Government Agencies) get a 50% discount on the full price. 
There is NO "Educational Upgrade" price.

Q: My company only admits purchasing orders of packaged products. How can I work around it?

You can send us an Authorized Purchase Order from your Organization and we will send you back related purchase invoice and product and password information via email.Upon request, packaged product CD Rom and printed invoice will be also shipped.

Please bear in mind that our Business terms are  30-day Net from our invoice date..

Q: Are users of teeChart version included in Borland Delphi and C++Builder packages eligible for an upgrade price for teeChart Pro?

No. In this case we do not consider an upgrade price. Standard version users are required to buy a developer license at single-license current price.
