Why does the Drag event fire when not dragging

I am running across a problem where the Drag event of a DragPoint tool fires when I am mousing over a DragPoint series. I am not clicking any mouse buttons. Just moving my mouse over the series

Is this a common behavior or is this a bug?

I could not reproduce your problem using last version4 and last version3 of TeeChart.Net. Please, you could tell us what version are you using? On the other hand, I recomended that if you haven't last version of TeeChart.Net, please update the version and retest the application using drag event and check works fine.
