Auto Selecting A Node

Hello, I'm having issues trying to refresh my DBTree and then automatically selecting a specific Node (selecting and expanding). It seems to work with the Root and 1st Tier Nodes, but will not select anything lower within the tree. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
