Exported EPS unable recognized by PhotoShop

Exported EPS unable recognized by PhotoShop

Please be informed that the EPS which exported from teechart version 2013 4.1.2013.05280 couldn't recognized by PhotoShop.
Attached file is the EPS file which i export from TeeChart feature demo.

Thanks for your information I have added your request in bug list report with number [TF02016663]. We will try to fix it to upcoming versions of TeeChartFor.Net

The time we need to fix the bugs depends of some variables such as the complexity of the problem, the number of issues with even higher priority that claims our team attention. I am afraid this problem isn't still solved I have increase its severity to try to fix it to upcoming versions of TeeChartFor.Net.

Hi Sandra,

Have you guys started to fix this problem. Fyi, i am at the dead line of my project and this feature is the last thing to implement. Without the feature, the system couldn't run according to expectation.
If yes, when will be the next release?

I will look at this problem tomorrow to see if I can ascertain the problem. Can you please confirm that this happens with *all* EPS files exported by TeeChart, or does it only happens under specific circumstances?

Just to inform you that this defect is now fixed, as you can see here, and this fix will be included in the next maintenance release, due out shortly.
