Minor ticks on Log axis dissapear in some cases

I have a chart with Log Y axe and minor ticks, you can see it on the first screenshot. But then i scroll chart down and the main tick is out of vision, minor ticks dissapear too (see the second screenshot). I've done a short video for the best illustration of problem
