v7.04 source code vs binary installer
The binary installer files work as expected. We can drop tcharts on forms, compile, and run without exceptions. Except we have the same teedraw3d problem, so we can't install the pro package. There is big difference between BPLs created from the source code (via BCB5 IDE) and those included in binar...

BCB5 v7.04 continuing drama
The revised files fixed the teedraw3d issue. Thanks. All the packages now can be installed and the components are visible in the toolbars. However: If I drop a tchart on a form, double-click on it in the IDE, I still get an exception. If I build the project and run it, everything looks good --- unti...

v7.04 BCB5 binary installer
Can someone check this file.
I've downloaded and tried to install it 3 times. It fails with a corrupt file message at the same location every time -- while installing the file: USAStates.shp.

binary installers
Re: binary installers:
I really don't want to use these, since I must assume that the same problems exist there as in the source files.
Is there any other way to get help files and other documents besides the binary installers?

More on (or is it moron?) v7.04 installation
Gave up on recompiling. We managed to get all the packages built, but we are back to the "Cannot load package 'TEEPRO7C5. It contains unit 'Teedraw3d', which is also contained in package DclTee7C5'. We can install the Tee7C5 package, but if we then drop a TChart on a form, compile and run, simply cl...

uninstalling v7.04
To add insult to injury:
The uninstaller does not work either. It seems to go through all its activities, but the Steema folders are still there, including all the files.

Continuing installation fiasco
Gave up, and tried using TeeRecompile. This is exact log message: >>>>>>>>>> C++Builder 5 Professional Tee7C5 Cannot convert C++ Builder package Tee7C5 to makefile. BPR2MAK C++Builder Project file to Makefile converter. Version 5.0 Copyright (C) 2000, Borland/Inprise Corporation Cannot op EXCEPTION:...

Continuing v7.04 installation problems
BCB5 Since the project group build doesn't work, I built each project individually. This work without error until the ColnEdit error appeared, which I "fixed" using a method posted by another user. All packages are built. Copied the TEE*.bpl files into \System32 Tried to install packages into BCB. D...

Installation - here we go again !!
Trying to do a manual install of 7.04 into BCB5. Same exact problems as with v6. Remove all old packages, remove Tee* files from \System32, etc. There are no packages in BCB except Borland standard components. Do a build-all, and the project can't find any of the succeeding project files. The TeeCha...
