I've downloaded and tried to install it 3 times. It fails with a corrupt file message at the same location every time -- while installing the file: USAStates.shp.

The uninstaller does not work either. It seems to go through all its activities, but the Steema folders are still there, including all the files.

Trying to do a manual install of 7.04 into BCB5. Same exact problems as with v6.
