Re: Using .NET 3.5 and .NET 2009 (4.0) on the same machine

I could reproduce your problem, using last version of TeeChart.Net. I have added it in list of bug report with number [TF02014574] and we will try to fix it for next versions of TeeChart .Net. But I recommend that, initial setup you would do to Design-time, you make to run-time using InitializeChar...

For other TeeChart users, I found a work-around in the meantime, although this isn't ideal. If you add a S...

Re: All series points on FastLine disappearing

Hi Narcís, thanks for the reply. I upgraded to the newest build of v4.0 and the problem still exists. I uploaded a stripped down version of my application to the Support Uploads page titled: "RealTime DataLogger Stripped-down Tchart 4.0.zip" The app is fairly simple. Launch and click Start Logger. I...

Re: teechart editor not available

I'm in the same boat, except I am still running Win XP 32bit. I installed .NET 2009 alongside the previous v3.5 so I could use both of them.

I posted this separately since my problem is slightly different: http://www.teechart.net/support/viewtop ... =4&t=10536

Using .NET 3.5 and .NET 2009 (4.0) on the same machine

I have been using .NET v3.5 for a while now and recently purchased an upgrade to .NET 2009 (4.0). Since I have applications to support that are using v3.5 (and I cannot upgrade them to the newest version), what is the best way to have both of these on the same dev machine using VS2008? Since v3.5 wa...

All series points on FastLine disappearing

Hello, I am seeing a weird issue with the FastLine. Every so often, all of the x and y points will disppear from the series (fastLine1.XValues.Count == 0) for a very brief moment in time and then right after this all of the points will be there again. When I watch the XValues.Count using a timer, I ...

Re: Printing of Polar series

I wrote up an algorithm that works for finding the outer param of a chart with multiple series. However, it is costly in that it iterates through every chart and compares the values. A faster (built-in) method would be very welcoming. This still doesn't solve the printing issue though! I have uploae...

Re: Printing of Polar series

I am having the same problem. I initially attempted to get a preview of the chart before printing and it was small and centered on the page (probably just over 1/4 of the page size). I then tried your suggestion above and it appears to work, but the rectangle is bad for my chart.\ Is there an easy w...

Re: Possible to make Axisarrows larger?

fyi to anyone in the future: As a solution to this, I just added a button on the form that toggles the LEFT mouse button between the ZOOM and PAN features..this way the user has full panning abilities rather than per axis arrow clicks.

Re: Possible to make Axisarrows larger?

Hi Sandra, thanks for the response. The issue still exists with your solution though. The major problem with the axisArrows is that the clickable area (along the length of the arrow) is only a couple pixels wide. Currently I have the .Length property set to 65, but it is still very hard to find the ...

Possible to make Axisarrows larger?

Hello, I am creating a touch screen application and I would like to use some sort of axis arrow so the user can scroll a chart. I see the Pen.Width, but this is only for the outline of the arrow and does not extend the clickable surface. Is there any way to make the axis arrow clickable surface larg...

SORRY! I just found a post that solved my problem. http://www.teechart.net/support/viewtopic.php?t=4397 Hi Brian, Thanks for the example, yes, you are right, however you can easily solve that by setting axes to automatic scalling when undoing zoom: private void tChart1_UndoneZoom(object sender, Even...

Possible to undo AxisArrow moves?

I have a chart with zoom enabled and AxisArrows for both the X and Y axes. If I zoom in and then click on any of the AxisArrows, the chart moves fine. I have a 'Zoom Out' button on my form that basically calls tChart1.Zoom.Undo(), but since I moved the chart around with the arrows, the undo zoom no ...

Hello, in my actual project (not the simple as-is project that I uploaded), I made a change where I set Pointer.Visible = false; for all lines that I don't want and just set the one line I'm working with to true. This seems to be a suitable work-around, but it is not ideal as I would like to see the...
