Re: Issue when graphing horizontal line

Hi Narcís, that makes sense. It might be a lot of work in my actual application so I will leave it out for now and hopefully no misses the effect :)

Thanks!

Re: Issue when graphing horizontal line

Thank you Sandra, that works great. The only trade-off is that the animated zoom effect is not visible since we are not zooming any more. This is only visual, so I will have to run it by the graphics people.

Is there any way to achieve the zoom effect when using the SetMinMax?

Re: Setting zorder to the same value for multiple Fastline

Hi, I also believe this is a very good feature to add. Any idea where this feature request is within the wish-list? Since it is implemented for a Line series, I wouldn't expect that it's impossible to add it for the FastLine series.

Re: Issue when graphing horizontal line

Hi Sandra, sorry I should have made it more clear in my first post. Using the sample program that I uploaded (DragPoint_FlatLine.zip), you can do the following to reproduce the error: Click the following buttons in this order: "Generate Line with Zero Points" "Line 1" "Line 2" "Line 1" "Line 2" at t...

Can you please try if this solves the problem at your end?
Hi Narcís, using Show() does work. I originally chose to use ShowDialog() so the user was forced to work on the form that I popped up.

Do you think this a bug with how TeeChart responds to a ShowDialog()?

Re: Bringing different series to front question

Hi Sandra, I uploaded a zip file (DragPoint_FlatLine.zip) on Dec 7 for some other questions I posted. In that example, when you click the "Line 1" and "Line 2" buttons, it will attempt to set the line Zorder, but you can see that the blue line never goes to the back.

Thanks!

Possible to highlight sections of a line graph?

Hi, is it possible to highlight a section of a line graph (ie. the line joining 2 points) with a different color? I have a line graph that contains multiple segments. As a whole, it has to be 1 line, but I would like to highlight or color each 'segment' with a different line color. I wasn't able to ...

Issue when graphing horizontal line

I am experiencing an issue with zooming on a graph. I execute a custom zoom function that is based on the values on a specific line graph (MinXValue(); MaxXValue(); ...) I have uploaded a Test project that will demonstrate this (DragPoint_FlatLine.zip). If you click on Show Graph and then "Generate ...

Exception when re-showing subform with graph

Hi, I created a chart on a subform and then I create an object of the subform in my main form initialization. I can click a showGraph button which will execute subform.showDialogue() or subform.show(). When I am done viewing the subform, I call subform.hide(). This works great. However, when I try t...

Re: Bringing different series to front question

Hi, I attempted to change the ZOrder to fix the layer of my line graphs, but it doesn't appear to work properly. Basically, when I click to focus on a specific graph, the following code is executed: case 0: line1.ZOrder = 1; line2.ZOrder = 0; break; case 1: line1.ZOrder = 0; line2.ZOrder = 1; break;...

Re: Using .NET 3.5 and .NET 2009 (4.0) on the same machine

Hi Yeray, thanks for the reply. I will try to be more diligent at reporting any inconsistencies that I notice with the Design-time ChartEditor (those times when I have to set chart properties manually in code).

Thanks! I will continue using the work-around to open the chart properties.
