Many thanks for letting us know!

Sorry for the delay in this reply, but we fixed the problem in less than an hour of having read your issue.

Re: TeeCahrt 4.2020.8.28 & 9.16

Good morning sorry to say that .61 and alos .62 don't work either. Maybe you can write some logs during the DLL access so I can send you the output? That's bad news. We use Git as our source-code repository, and tag all our version releases. This guarantees identity of source-code through different ...

Re: TeeCahrt 4.2020.8.28 & 9.16

sorry to say that both DLL version don't work/ cause the same error Mmm, that's interesting, as TeeChartPro_4.2020.10.52 is a rebuild of 4.2020.05.25, which you say works at your end. Why would the same code built 5 months later not work, when it did 5 months ealier? The only difference I can think...

Re: TeeCahrt 4.2020.8.28 & 9.16

It still doesn't work That's not unexpected I'm afraid; as I said, this is working blind attempting to infer the cause of a problem which itself is not precisely defined. As far I as can see, the only option we have is to prepare 'experimental' assemblies of this kind and check empirically at your ...

Re: Pinch to Zoom

Hello,

following your email conversations with us, some other members of the development team will be performing a code review of work done in this area - they've asked me to inform you that they will look to make improvements in this area, and we'll get back to you with any feedback.

Shortly I will make a special build for you to download and test.
Please find the test TeeChart.WPF.dll here. Does referencing this assembly make any noticeable difference to your issue?

Re: TeeCahrt 4.2020.8.28 & 9.16

If I switch to 5.25 and do not change anything in my code the application works without any problem. That absolutely identicates that the newer versions cause the problems. I've used WinMerge to compare the builds 4.2020.09.16 and 4.2020.05.25, and I have identified one change that *might possibly*...

Re: TeeCahrt 4.2020.8.28 & 9.16

If you want you can have a look with teamviewer to my computer to get the fault. I don't think that's going to be very useful to me in the task of debugging the problem, which takes time, concentration, and more importantly, the TeeChart source-code. Doesn't tell "emSize" or the exception anything?...

Any additional suggestions on how to clear an object?
As you can read in that thread, it does seem that use of the method Series.Clear() is sufficient.

Re: Memory Leak Custom3DGrid

Hello, I've modified slightly your project to use a timer (which fires twice a second) instead of manually using a mouse: /// <summary> /// Interaktionslogik für MainWindow.xaml /// </summary> public partial class MainWindow : Window { private Steema.TeeChart.WPF.Styles.ColorGrid seriesCG; private i...

yes, we think we are experiencing memory leaks within Custom3DGrid.
If I'm not mistaken, this Custom3DGrid issue is covered in another thread here.

Re: Memory Leak Custom3DGrid

Hello, Despite being a public class, Custom3DGrid was not designed to be instantiated - it was designed as a base class, and as such is the base class of the classes ColorGrid, Contour, Surface, and Tower. Which of these four series types are you using? Could you please send us a Short, Self Contain...

Re: The chart shows an error when adding lines

It's not an easy Recurring problem.it did not happen in subsequent runs.May not be the problem of adding lines. But this is a hidden danger in my code.Do you have any other suggestions for this situation? The 'hidden danger' may be multithreading - GDI+ is not thread-safe, which is why it is not re...
