Re: Ternary Graph Assigning the Weighting parameter

As a footnote on this, looking more closely at your comments, as I see that the goal is to make the Ternary plot from two variables, there may be a possibility of adding an overload to facilitate that. We'll take a look.

Re: Ternary Graph Assigning the Weighting parameter

Hello Errol, The way the Ternary Series was devised was to use 5 components: X,Y,Z values and Radius and Weight. X,Y and Z position the point as a measure of proportionality of each of the three values. Radius decides the visible radius of the point and Weight uses a colour scale. This code then plo...

Re: Access violations C++ Builder Rio and Android

Hello Russ, Sorry for the delay replying. I've tried your test code in an Android project, SDK 25, running from RAD Studio 10.3.2. The property executes correctly at runtime. (Embarcadero® C++Builder 10.3 Version 26.0.34749.6593) Are there any other clues that may help us reproduce the issue? This m...

Hello,

Please note. We are resending the license file that we sent to you earlier as previous one wasn't correctly prepared for teechart.winform support. Now modded.

Re: Shape disappears near left border

Hello Oliver, The problem lies in a missing variable setting in Shape Series. If you have access to modify the sourcecode, the change is here: Shape.java Constructor: public Shape(IBaseChart c) { super(c); shape = new TextShape(c); calcVisiblePoints = false; //<--- add this line. addDefaultPoints();...

Re: center Y-Axis-labels

Hello Oliver,

At the moment there is only default or opposite alignment of those labels. Am looking here if I can suggest an alternative approach. I'll get back to this thread.

Re: Marks on pie overlap with title

Hello Ed,

In this case I think the simplest solution would be to add an empty subTitle.

Code in ConfigChart:

Code: Select all

  aChart.SubTitle.Text.Add(' ');
  aChart.SubTitle.Visible := True;
  aChart.MarginBottom := 10;  //<- + small aesthetic mode
I hope that looks ok for you.

Re: Marks on pie overlap with title

Hello Ed, Re. how do you know "50" will reduce the size? Am I right to say it is a guess? And it could make the pie not have an appropriate size. It was an example, not a guess; we didn't wish to suggest that you use those exact values. if you set width/height to 50/50 you are setting the Pie radius...
