The problem here is that there is no trial offline version of the source code. You only have a trial offline version for the binary files. Our IT department had to disable FIPS on my laptop to fix the exception during the install.

I'm running TeeChartVCLFMX-2022.34.exe. I got past the exception. Our IT folks had to do some magic. Now the installer hangs up at downloading files. My internet connection is fine, though I am on a VPN. How do I fix this?
