These configuration options apply to all panel types

  • Active. When True connects and runs the Datapanel.

Chart

If you select Chart as the datapanel visualisation option you may select from a list of chart types to display the data. Options are:

  • Bar
  • Line
  • Area
  • Point
  • Circular gauge
  • Numeric gauge

Grid

Select the attributes that you wish to include in the grid. No further configuration is required.

info

Use the info panel to set visual markers on the selected attributes.

map

The map panel accepts data input with co-ordinate information. See the json reference page for details of how to encode the location data: /docs/Reference/JSON.

When the map panel opens it will centre once on the starting co-ordinate. From then on it repositions itself to re-centre any new datapoint that arrives.

text

Select the attributes that you wish to include in the grid. No further configuration is required.

ticker

Marks two colours, one for a value that has changed positively since the last update and another colour for a value that has changed negatively. When there is no change in value no colour is applied to the value square.
