The Japanese translation of "Radius" is already set in TeeJapanese.pas, but it's not displayed in Japanese. To reproduce the problem follows the next steps: 

1.- Add Chart and change language to Japanese 
2.- Go to Series->General->Sort

The problem is reproduced in design or run time.
