Annimate Series Values

Please see the attached AnnimateSeriesValues1.png.
Even if selecting the Annimate Series Values, chart isn't displayed at the right side.

Japanese strings have been set in TeeJapanese.pas, but when using this tool and openning the editor, everything is displayed in English (see the AnnimateSeriesValues2.png).
