The CircularGague hand isn't drawn well when the center pointer style is Polished Sphere (Sphere) and the hand gauge is animated

As for What's New?\Welcome!\New in Series\Gauges\Embedded NGauge,
please follow the steps to reproduce a problem.
1. Opens Chart Editor.
2. Goes to Series -> Format -> Option tab.
3. Clicks the "Center" button.
4. Changes the pointer style to "Sphere" and closes Chart Editor.

While the hand is moving, the afterimage of the hand remains. The bug is related by so Sphere is changed for Polished Sphere. The attached image shows the issue.
