Series Gallery for FireMonkey

Please see the attached image. It shows Chart Editor at runtime.

In the right image, each series in Series Gallery is displayed in Japanese, but the tabs (ie. Series and Functions), the Cancel button and the combobox items (Opera etc.) are in English.
In the left image, everything is in English and can't be shown in Japanese. 

Moreover, if I select the Functions tab in Series Gallery, an error occurs.
