It is possible to set the ResizeStart and ResizeEnd properties of the ColorBand to 
True, but there is no event to notify the program that something has changed, only the GUI is updated.
It would be good to have events for this
A second proposal: Make the ColorBand moveable like the zoom region with the subchart
