Step1

Manifest setting to System aware, Per monitor or Per Monitor V2
Windows font scaling is about 150% (32" 4K monitor)

Create app that incorporates editor and Open editor - looks fine
add some (stacked) bar chart series
in the tchart editor left tree, select a bar series
switch the series to "Side"
Back to the "Series node" in the tree
The checkboxes of the series tree are rendered insanely big.
