Leftmost digit cut with default Axis settings.

Can reproduce with:
Chart1.Axes.Left.AxisValuesFormat := '#.##0,######';

for i := 0 to 2 do
Begin
  Series1.AddXY(i,0.633388);
End;

Workarounds:
grow Min Labelsize or left Margin:

Chart1.Axes.Left.LabelsSize := 45; //or calc label string size
Chart1.MarginLeft := 10;
