Similar to (TV52013270).
It seems to behave differently in XP than in Win7.
In XP I can sent the mail (outlook express) both at designtime and at runtime.
In Win7 the Send button seems to do nothing, either at designtime nor runtime.
The windows function MAPISendMail seems to be returning 1: "The user canceled one of the dialog boxes. No message was sent." That's the same error the customer says

Maybe in Win7 another function should be called () tried with MAPISendMailW and MAPISendMailHelper but it doesn't work...

I see comments in the links above where people says it doesn't work with Windows Live Mail and they suggest to use Outlook or Thunderbird. The Win7 machine has Thunderbird installed...
