If I click the SaveToPDF button and show the exported pdf file, Japanese chart title is garbled. To check the problem you only need see the All Features\Welcome !\Exporting\Chart Picture\Adobe PDF export format example in the O.S Japanese

Exportation Unicode languages problem project

The PDF exportation problem occurs for all Unicode languages. I have attached a project to reproduce exactly the issue.

xls and htm exported files

The files are identical, so the Excel exported file is not Excel
