Having a Pie series, you can change the elevation at design-time but it seems to be reset to the default elevation when you run the application.
It also happens in VCL v8.07.

This happens because of TPieSeries.InitCustom3DOptions in Series.pas which is necessary for setting up default pie appearence at designtime. [created:2010-04-22T11:27:18.000+01:00 reported by:yeray@steema.com reported in version:9.0 (TeeChart VCL)]
