If you try the links yourself you will see what I mean. I can read CHM 
files no problem, but there is is no actual *content* just the index/toc. 
Also, the link to the CHM reader for anyone else who does need it is broken.

The other page from adug.org.au I will read and get what information I can 
from it but I wouldn't think getting a help file for components that are 
included with Delphi should be so difficult.
