Hello,

Expanding series marks, legend, axis, etc. doesn't work using Animation.

To reproduce the issue, please follow the steps below.
1. opens Chart Editor, adds a point series and make the series marks visible.
2. adds Expand from Animation tab, goes to the Common Properties tab and sets Target to SeriesMarks, for example.
3. runs the project.

Even if I move a mouse cursor to a series mark, it doesn't expand. Even if I change Target to legend, axis, or any other entry, nothing changes. Series point only works though.

The Steema.TeeChart.Animations.Expand class is only implemented for Series Pointers. I have modified this ticket to an "enhancement" with a "low" importance.
