TColorLineTool, TColorBandTool don't exist in TeeChart HTML5.
When implemented, make the TeeSaveToJavascriptFile method in TeeJavaScript.pas to support the exportation to the new tools.

TRectangleTool doesn't exist either. At the moment it is exported as an Annotation tool.
