When data modifications are being made on a series associated to a ScrollPager tool, it's not reflected on the chart ScrollPager creates. 

A workaround is removing that series and assigning it again:

      scrollPager1.SubChartTChart.Series.Clear();
      tChart1[0].Delete(0, 100);
      scrollPager1.Series = tChart1[0];
