If you add StatisticSeries tool with Chart Editor and you assign the tool to a Series, when you try to choose some functions it isn't possible, because the check boxes aren't activated

1.- Add Chart in a Form. 
2.- Add Series and Stats Tool.
3.- Assign a series to Stats tool. 
4.- Try to select one function. It isn't possible. 

If you change the tab and return to Tools tab, you can select the functions without problems.  Is possible the problem appears because Statistics tool Editor need refresh after assign the tool to a Series, so, the state of controls change.
