I've encountered with strange issue with TeeChart.Net at Windows 8: if I draw a large zoom rectangle and then move mouse upper-left to reduce it, previous version of zoom rect still appears on the screen until I'll release mouse button. Here is image: http://prntscr.com/4w1e2r (sorry for bad photo, but PrintScreen can't capture a mouse cursor). This issue appears even in example application from Examples\DemoProject folder.

I'm using Steema TeeChart for .NET 2014 4.1.2014.08120, Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and Visual Studio 2010. Same happens with VS2013.
