Add the possibility to modify the distance between the Axis Title and the Axis it belongs to.

The customer suggests adding a new Position2 property. Another possibility would be to reuse the Margins property we already have in the Axis Title, if possible.

We've added a new `Distance` property to control the separation between the Axis Title and the Axis.
