We currently have:

  TCanvasZoomText=(ztManual, ztNo, ztAuto);
  TCanvasZoomPen=(zpManual, zpNo, zpAuto);

We could add a fourth option that behaves like ztNo except that it scales fonts/pens with the View3DOptions.Zoom.
