Having 2 area series in a chart with a MarkTips tool associated to each series, mark hints behave inconsistently, they are painted when cursor not hovering any series. See attached project reproducing this and scroll the chart a little bit and then try selecting different areas in the chart. The solution is using a single tool for all series in the chart.
