The property "Margin to axis %" appears not to be saved or loaded.  A user of our software noticed this and I have verified that it appears not to be save/loaded properly.  I was able to re-create the problem using the demo software TeeChart Office:
1.) Select the design tab
2.) Double click on the left axis
3.) Select the "Labels" tab
4.) Change the "Margin to axis %" to 100 and click close.
5.) Click the save button (provide a name)
6.) Reopen the file and the margin % is reset to 10%....
