There are two ToolTip examples in the web:

None of them work on iOS/Android

Here there is an example from a customer using domToolTips with zoom&scroll disabled:

In this case the ToolTip is shown on iOS and Android but:

- Not on "MouseDown", only when dragging the finger over the points.

- The ToolTip is shown at the bottom-left of the page, not on the finger position.
