Some incorrect behaviours of the Axis Texts.Position property:

- lpCenter is like lpBeforeTick but without considering the tick length. Probably lpCenter should be like lpAtTick, not like lpBeforeTick.

- Changing the angle to 90 or anything else, the offsets are incorrect.
