Microsoft HTML Help v2 Resources Runtime services
The Microsoft Visual Studio.NET Framework provides all
files necessary to support installed runtime HTML Help
v2 Services including the registration and viewing (in
the .NET environment) of distributed helpfiles.
Compiler services
To compile HTML Help v2 helpfiles (including via use with
TeeGofer) you must install the MS Help 2.x SDK Files that
include the HxComp.exe compiler utility. The SDK, the
Visual Studio Help Integration Kit (VSHIK), may be obtained
via the following Microsoft web pages:
